‚ÄčThis position is available at our site in Gilching. We are looking for someone working full-time; part-time with 32 hours per week is an option. Foreseen start date is September 2017. The vacancy is limited to the end of 2018. We are looking forward to meeting you!
 
Responsibilities/Duties

  • Active Recruitment of IT-Experts and Engineers (also from abroad), E-recruiting, database search, Employee Referral Program, Headhunting, present the company on Career or University events
  • Invitation and conduction of Job Interviews, negotiating the employment conditions with candidates, setting-up the contract and supporting the New Joiners during the On-boarding (welcome-day)
  • Co-operation with and consulting of the Management related to labour law questions, HR-processes and Change Management 
  • Taking care for ~ 100 staff (and student placements) in area of responsibilities, administration from staff hiring till exit, monitoring of deadlines 
  • Dealing with and working together with bodies of co-determination
  • Taking over specific HR-projects or subjects in the HR team like e.g. labour lease law, secondment, Health & Safety, etc.

Qualifications/Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have a University background in HR matters and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the areas described
  • Some experience in Recruiting in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of the particularities of German employment and labour law, especially Works Constitution Act
  • Some knowledge about the German Health & Safety regulations and laws would be an advantage

Essential Skills

  • Be fluent in German and English, in speech and writing
  • Have demonstrated very good communication and team working skills, high degree of autonomy; structured and process oriented work approach
  • Service oriented towards staff and business
  • Be able to conduct all activities in an orderly, disciplined and timely manner
  • Proficient in MS office (including excel and access)
  • Working experience in (Aero)Space industry would be an advantage.
