Please give us a short personal statement about yourself.

I joined Telespazio VEGA in 2005 and worked in the Bid Management function until end of 2017. At Telespazio VEGA, I had the opportunity to learn from my supervisors, grow professionally and challenge myself in new ways, which has always been essential for me.

In January 2018, I took the next big step in my professional career when I was entrusted with the newly created position of Head of the Support Services Department at Telespazio VEGA. The functions Quality Assurance & Business Improvement, Legal Affairs, Risk Management, Procurement, Corporate ICT, Business Admin Support and other functions such as Travel, Replicon and Data Protection fall under my leadership and management responsibility.

What is the history behind your job at Telespazio VEGA (Which decisions, interests or events led you to the position you are in today)?

I loved tremendously working in the Bid Management function and leading the Bid Management Team successfully. We established a great and harmonious working atmosphere. “One for all and all for one” was and is the team’s motto.

After more than 12 years of working in the Bid Management function, I decided to move on and to rise to the exciting challenge of becoming Head of the Support Services Department. I very much enjoy working with my new team, which is wonderfully diverse and is home to many experts in their own domains.

What does a typical workday for you look like?

Time flies so fast and before you know it, your working day is already over. There is always something unexpected to be addressed and taken care of.

What do you like about your job? What makes it so unique for you?

I love the diversity of my job. I love working in a challenging, international and multicultural environment, where I can use my culturally diverse background and my foreign language and communication skills. It is great to work and communicate with colleagues and partners from different domains and cultures.

There have been many highlights in my professional career at Telespazio VEGA!
